A discussion has been held on how to use the Wiki for external communication and if we are supposed to make all the pages accessible (The discussion was postponed to topic 3).

Romain Nouvel exposed the process of Issue / request of Change:
All this dissemination information must be updated on the public wiki. The private part of the wiki is not useful anymore (all development process is centralized on the GitHub) and can be deleted.
# Open the Issue and link it to a WG with label
# Discussed internally in WG until the agreement
Specify repository, inform about labels
# Check by requested people (TC or WG)
# Request for milestone v.0.6
# TC or WG shall validate the issue
# The issue created is the one supposed to close the issue

How to use the Github platform
Olivier presented how to use the issue. Basically, there are some "developers" (TC comittee + WG leaders) and "users" rights (all others). Everybody can create and comment issues, and write in the guidelines. Developers may set the labels and Milestones.
Website structure has been discussed:

*Wiki for dissemination
Process of Issue / request of Change
*Github for internal discussion
The process of Issue / request of Change is fully centralised on the [https://github.com/cstb/citygml-energy GitHub platform]. The following process has been discussed and agreed:
# Open the Issue and labelling it with the concerned WG(s)
# Discussed internally in WG until the agreement
# Once agreed internally, recap in a final comment: the motivations + the detailed request of changes (integrated definitions, types etc.)
# Check by requested people (TC or WG). If not ok: start agiain from 2. If ok: label the issue accordingly ("Validated by the WG" and "Validated by the TC"), and set the corresponding Milestone
# Once integrated in the UML Scheme and agreed with the WG, close the issue
Guidelines
Esteban Munoz presented how everybody can edit Guidelines on the Github: file [https://github.com/cstb/citygml-energy/blob/master/guidelines/Guidelines_EnergyADE.md Guidelines_Energy.md]
